I was excited for the class since I had never had Thai food and I love cooking. The class was amazing! The instructions, food, aromatics of the food and Chef Nong was professional and informative about the history and ingredients. The food we cooked was delicious!

I loved attending the Lumdee Thai Cooking Class. It was so fun and I learned so much about Thai food and some of the unique flavors and ingredients used in Thai cooking. The class was easy to follow along with and the environment was very relaxed. The food smelled so delicious; but the very best part was getting to eat what we cooked. I left with confidence that I would be able to recreate the amazing food because our class was so hands on. I would definitely recommend taking this class. The mango sticky rice was the BEST I've ever had!

Kawintra (Nong) is a great Thai cook and she shares her expertise and techniques during her cooking class. I would recommend her class to everyone. You not only learn how to cook several authentic Thai dishes but you have fun doing it. Sigh up for her next class, you'll be glad you did.
